Flamingo Kinderhospiz:
- May 2022: Approval of the building rights agreement
- October 2022: Planning application for the new building project
- December 2022: Foundation of the Flamingo AG children’s hospice
- April 2023: Receipt of the legally binding building permit
- August 2023: With its resolution of 30.08.2023, the Zurich cantonal government intends to support the construction of the Flamingo children’s hospice with CHF 6 million from the charitable fund.
- September 2023: Receipt of the building permit
- December 5th 2023: Ground-breaking ceremony
- December 18th 2023, Zurich Cantonal Council approves the resolution of the cantonal government to finance Flamingo children’s hospice with CHF 6 million from their charitable fund.
- Q1/2024: Excavation work, securing the excavation pit
- Q2/2024: Shell construction basement
- June 27, 2024: Laying of the foundation stone
- Q3/Q4 2024: Shell construction lower floor, upper floors
- 18. December 2024: shell construction ceremony
- Q1/2025: Insulation and insulation of the façade
